Biatch.com.au is able to deliver to most areas in Australia. The majority of our items are shipped
with Australia Post.
Some larger items and depending on destination are
shipped with selected leading nation wide couriers such as TNT,
DHL,
Priority Road Express. We strive for prompt and safe shipping right
around Australia.
All items shipped within Australia are covered by transit insurance and requires signature upon delivery.Products lost
in transit will be replaced upon completion of investigation with Australia post or courier company. Shipping
time is
5 days from the date of payment, although in most cases
delivery is much quicker than this. If you have not received
your item after 14 days of shipping please contact us
Missing
Parcels If your parcel hasn't arrived in the time expected please call
Australia Post on 13 13 18 and quote
the tracking numberfrom
your shipping confirmation email. We also recommend visiting your local
Post Office
or Mail Center to see if they are holding it for you.
Return Process
The Biatch.com.au warehouse will inspect and verify the condition of the item once we receive the return.Items
must
be returned in the condition they were sent for a full refund.
Returns take approximately 8 business days to process
upon receipt of
the item. Biatch.com.au will refund the full cost of the item
EXCLUDING shipping, handling and
insurance charges. Refunds will be
made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
Please allow
7 days for your credit to appear after the product has
been received at the warehouse. Refunds will only be accepted
if items are damaged upon delivery or any conditions stated on product information. No refund will be accepted if a item
is of the incorrect size due to a customers error.
Refunds
will be issued by direct deposit, cheque or PayPal.Refunds will only be
issued to the extent required by the
Trade Practices Act 1974 (Cth) and
